Kelly’s Krazy Quick English Muffin

Sugar Free and Low Carb
Ingredients:
 ¼ cup Cottage cheese
 1 Egg
 2 tbsp Coconut flour
 2 tbsp Unflavored whey protein powder
 ¼ tsp Baking powder
 Pink salt
Directions:

Grease ramekin or small bowl.

Blend together cottage cheese and egg.

3

Pulse or stir in all other ingredients.

Scoop batter into ramekin and tap on counter a few times to distribute evenly.

Microwave for 2-3 minutes.

Slice in half then toast each slice.
