 2 tbsp bay leaf powder
 1 tbsp ground celery seed
 ½ tbsp pink salt
 1 tbsp dry mustard
 2 tsp black pepper
 2 tsp ground ginger
 2 tsp smoked paprika
 1 tsp ground nutmeg
 1 tsp ground cloves
 1 tsp ground allspice
 ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
 ½ tsp ground cardamon
 ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
